Entry Fee $150 per KCBS team up to August 15, checks or visa # in our hands by that date, later arrivals increasing after that (Aug 16 to 10/1 - $175, 10/1 to setup $200).

Describe your main support vehicle and cooker size to help us better plan site layouts
 Example: 40 foot motor home, 25 foot towed cooker, or pickup truck and bullet smoker...whatever

We have plenty of room. It seems like rigs get bigger each year and it will help us plan if you let us know something about your rig. Let me know and we'll accommodate it. Include your cooking equipment and work space and main support vehicle. Do not include space for your additional travel vehicles. We will attempt to locate both extra parking and cooking together, especially for early applicants We do not anticipate that additional vehicle parking will be more that 50 feet from any cooking site. Most will be adjacent. You will have space for your main vehicle in your cooking area. We have adequate space for over 50 teams within 100 yards of the judging check-in available but it will make site layout planning much more convenient for all with early registrations. Again, location priority will be given in order of reservation and arrival in Arthur.

We will provide 20 amp electric service to the contest locations, we should have enough but the early bird get the worm!
