8:00AM – 4:00PM--KCBS Team Registration and Set-Up-KCBS Meat Inspector available when you set up or anytime thereafter.
4:00PM to 4:30PM
KCBS Cooks Meeting at the judging HQ Bldg
5:30-5:45pm - Sauce and Sausage
Turn-in
6:00-6:15pm - Side Dish and Dessert Turn-in
(enter either, any all or none - no charge with KCBS entry fee)
6:30pm-??? Judging HQ building open to cook teams and associates for Cookers Social Hour. Liquid refreshments and light snacks provided. Anyway the building will be for cook teams and their guests only for the evening
6:30-9pm CIBR VIP Hog Roast Dinner and Social Hour(s)
Hosted by the
CIBR Welcoming Committee will be located at the Community Building on East Progress St. about a block East of
the Information Center. Cooks, team members and families, and judges
are invited

These times apply to the competition schedule - If you are a
visitor... the BBQ stands will be open from about 9:30-10am to 3pm,
children's activities all day, and the bluegrass will be going
on all day also.
