Reserved for 2010- WCIA3 TV - Main Co-Sponsor Level - $7500 – Exclusive One Year Event Naming Rights – (only one Main Co-Sponsor with the Arthur Association of Commerce will be accepted each year.
The 2010 event co-sponsor will be given the first opportunity to co-sponsor the 2010 event)
Your name and/or logo prominently displayed as primary Event Co-Sponsor on ALL promotion advertising, event programs, t-shirts and whenever the event is mentioned as an example, sponsors name will be permanently associated with the 2010 event as in:

Your name and logo prominently displayed as The Event Sponsor on the event website at www.CIBR-BBQ.com. One web page on our website will be dedicated to you as event sponsor (you provide the copy and pictures) plus external links will be provided to your company website.
Free space will be provided to operate a booth in a prominent location during the event and/or display your banner up to 10 feet by 3 feet on display at the main entry for the entire week in the BBQ area - Sponsor must provide banner and necessary display stakes

Reserved for 2010- State Bank Of Arthur - Main Stage Sponsor Level - $1500 – Exclusive One Year Stage Naming Rights – The 2010 event co-sponsor will be given the first opportunity to co-sponsor the 2010 event) The main stage will be used for entertainment throughout the weekend as well as the focal point for the BBQ awards ceremony on Saturday afternoon. This will be a prime visual location for name and logo placement.

Back by popular request is our Backyard BBQ competition "The CIBR Thrill of the Grill." A great way for smaller teams or great backyard chefs that are not quit ready for the 4 meat KCBS competition. Still great competition and stage calls, with lots of visibility and opportunity to promote your company name of our website, and all of our marketing efforts. Your company can be involved to what ever degree you wish including stage presentations, any on-site displays that you wish, and creative input into the event categories and procedures. Develop a new category if you wish that matches your products or markets.
CIBR-BBQ Kid’s Q ($500) - A great competition for cooks under 14, KCBS sanctioned, cash and ribbons for prizes plus the bragging rights of course, You will receive logo placement on the event website, all advertising and promotion as the named sponsor, and recognition during the awards ceremony on Saturday.

Do you have a specific product that you wish to promote.? We'll work with you in developing a special contest or category featuring your product in the preparation of the entry and prominently include your name in the event advertising and at any awards ceremonies. You'll be able to display your booth or product in a prominent location and participate in the awards or judging.
CIBR-BBQ Sponsorships of $1000 and greater will also be allowed prominent display booth space based on their needs and product.General Sponsorships

Sponsor Passes (Buttons) – Sponsor Passes will be your invitation to our VIP and Cooks Dinner and Social on Friday evening. BBQ’d whole hog, sides and dessert plus appropriate liquid refreshments. RSVP’s will be requested. The “sponsor buttons” will entitle you or your guests to free cold drinks of your choice, free pulled pork sandwiches, and the BBQ competitors will allow you to sample or share in their contest entries. (A treat usually reserved for family and close friends) This will allow you to mingle with the competition teams, talk “smoke” with them and try any number of BBQ specialties not available to the general public.
In-kind Sponsorships will be accepted and greatly appreciated. If
your product is related to the BBQ event, such as meat products, BBQ
equipment or supplies, advertising media or other items suitable for event
prizes, your contribution would be welcome and will be acknowledged
appropriately.
If your firm can assist with spreading the word on this event to any that you think might be interested as a sponsor or competitor, we would appreciate your assistance.
