Table Captain Class - 2011
Due to lack of Interest we will NOT have a TC Class during March, 2011
We will consider another opportunity to have a class right before the event in October Check back in Aug or September..
As of this time 1-1-2012... THERE IS NOT A CLASS SCHEDULED!.
Arthur will be adding a table captains class to their list of events at the annual Central Illinois Braggin' Rights BBQ State Championship.
Requirements:
Must be a KCBS Certified BBQ Judge
Must be paid up with KCBS Dues
Must have judged a minimum of 10 contests.
The table captains class will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday October 8th at the CIBR turn in headquarters located in downtown Arthur, IL. The fee to take the class is $25.00 and will be hosted by Mike Lake, president of the KCBS.
